Customer Excellence Boot Camp

Customer Excellence Boot Camp

Delivering a fantastic customer experience is simple but not easy.

Cultural expectations, language barriers, technology, high turnover, industry regulations, and company culture all play a part in correcting this delicate balance. The need to get customer service and customer experience right is critical; with the ability to switch loyalties and compare services instantly, businesses can no longer afford to put customer experience at the back of the queue. Customer experience needs to be in everything organizations do and be visible in every area of the organization (HR, Leadership, Sales, Marketing…)

Join us for a day of interactive training that will provide you with the right tools to build a CX framework applicable across your organization to help you deliver the very best customer experience for your clients.

Who Should Attend?

  • Anyone in Customer Service, Customer Experience, BPO Outsourcing, or Senior leadership of support organizations who want to put human-centric customer service into their organization.

  • CX and Customer Service specialists who want to enhance their practice

This monthly session is designed to create a warm and friendly environment where women can connect, relax, share and learn. Monthly meeting of Friendship, Fireside chat and fun in a beautiful woodland environment.

It's all about YOU. We understand how hard it is to carve out time for yourself so these sessions have been designed to bring women together round the campfire for some real Nature Nurture.

CONNECT: Time to reflect and think is scarce. These sessions will provide individual reflection and nature connection time. There will be space for flow and in-between conversations

NATURE: Embracing the emotional, physical, and psychological benefits of being outdoors helps to unlock the potential and creativity in us all and supports mental and physical wellbeing.

CREATE: Creating a warm and friendly space for women to come, take time out, participate in craft, conversation, reflection, and curated activities.

PLAY: Being Playful/having fun together and learning new skills brings enormous physical and mental health benefits

  • Play allows individuals to regulate emotions.

  • Playfulness creates joyful experiences stimulating dopamine.

  • It helps us to make sense of new information and strengthen memories.

  • And it helps to enhance neural activity that helps our creative thinking.

AND

International Week of Happiness at Work

HAPPINESS AT WORK IS MORE IMPOROTANT THAN EVER…

Happiness at Work should be a top priority for all companies. Because this is good for employees: when they are happy at work, they are better parents, friends, neighbours, they are more likely to give to charity and do volunteering work.

Don’t we all want to have nice neighbours? Yes we do!

But also because science and business have shown that happy employees have a huge advantage over unhappy ones. They are more productive, flexible, resilient, creative, make happier customers and work better with their colleagues. Wouldn’t we all want happy employees? Yes, we do.

So let’s work together to make Happiness at work the rule and not the exception. We do not mean to say that everybody has to be happy all the time. Or that happiness is the single responsibility of organisations. Happiness at Work is a shared responsibility.

Redefine Success Post Pandemic

Redefine Success Post Pandemic

Our conventional definition of success is summarised in the Merriam- Webster dictionary as 'the attainment of wealth, favour, or eminence’. But what does success truly mean, especially after our experience with Covid-19? What are the narratives that we tell ourselves about success? And which among these narratives are we bringing into our new normal after the pandemic?

“Over the past year, no area has undergone more rapid transformation than the way we work. Employee expectations are changing, and we will need to define productivity much more broadly — inclusive of collaboration, learning, and wellbeing to drive career advancement for every worker, including frontline and knowledge workers, as well as for new graduates and those who are in the workforce today. All this needs to be done with flexibility in when, where, and how people work.”

        - Satya Nadella, CEO at Microsoft

Lana and Veronica, will join Sarah and Stephen  to explore this topic on redefining success post pandemic.

In the last 30 minutes, we will switch gears and we will get to know each other through an Online Networking with a SPIN.

This event is organized by Zebras Unite: Amsterdam Chapter, in collaboration with SPIN Ideas.
